Penalty: 500 emails per report. - Case: Capitan receives an email bounce back due to an invalid address or rejection.
Penalty: 100 emails per bounce.
Penalties remain active on your account for 180 days.
These penalties are intended to encourage pro-active list maintainance and careful mail delivery practices, in addition to safeguarding the reputation of the Capitan mail server.
